The homebuilder Taylor Woodrow, a subsidiary of Taylor Wimpey, has restructured its senior management board following the resignation of two executives.

Douglas Weston, Business Development Director, has left after 31 years to start a job in the Middle East while Operations Director Gerald Slack has left for family reasons.

Tim Peach, Managing Director, will now lead a slimmed down board of four. Sitting with Peach on the new board are Brendan Morahan, who will look after customer relations, Richard Sykes who heads up project delivery, and George Restall, who is in charge of financial management.

The senior board will work with an executive committee featuring six of the business's directors – Nick Shaw, Graham Stanley, Rennie Chadwick, Dave Plaskett and Dave Taylor – with each taking more responsibility for their region or sector and reporting to Richard Sykes.
